The adjustable balance bench hooks into the Gym Wall for countless different incline, flat and decline bench exercises; it can also be used without hooking into the Gym Wall for balance exercises utilising its half-moon base
The “Extension Arms” can be hooked high on the wall and used with the long red oak slat to do pull-ups, mid-height for hanging leg raises and when you hook them low, the backboard slots in between them and you have a step-up platform.
